Terms of Service

AdStellar offers a single subscription plan that includes every feature. You choose how many AI credits you receive each month; everything else — including unlimited team members, unlimited connected ad accounts, unlimited campaign launches, and unlimited campaign imports — is included regardless of the credit volume you select. Plan options are displayed in the Service and summarized in Exhibit A.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may change your monthly credit volume at any time, and billing settings may be managed within the Service.

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize AdStellar and Stripe to charge your payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Every plan includes unlimited team members, unlimited connected ad accounts, unlimited campaign launches, and unlimited campaign imports at no additional cost. There are no per-seat or per-account fees.

• Upgrades to a higher credit volume are prorated and take effect immediately, with new credits granted right away
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

What AI Credits Are

AI credits are the usage currency for AdStellar's AI features. You spend them when you generate images or videos, launch AI-built campaigns, or have the AI Agent perform work for you. Manually created campaigns do not consume credits.

Credit Costs

The number of credits required varies by action. The exact cost is always displayed before you run a paid action. Representative per-action costs are summarized in Exhibit A and shown in-app.

Included Credits

Each subscription includes a defined number of AI credits each month based on the credit volume you select, as outlined in Exhibit A or displayed in-app.

Credit Expiration

• Monthly plan credits expire 60 days after they are granted (a rolling window across billing periods)
• Bonus and referral credits do not expire
• Your oldest-expiring credits are always used first

If you exhaust your available credits, you may upgrade to a higher monthly credit volume (effective immediately, prorated) or wait until your next monthly credit grant. AI features that require credits will be unavailable until additional credits are available.

AdStellar may offer bonus credits through referrals or promotions. Bonus and referral credits do not expire and are used after your monthly plan credits. Current referral rewards are described within the Service. Bonus and referral programs may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You may view your remaining credits and usage history within the Billing and Subscription section of the Service.

Enterprise plans may be offered under separate pricing, limits, or custom terms. If you are on an Enterprise plan, a separate written agreement or order form may apply. In the event of a conflict, the enterprise agreement controls.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law:

• Fees are non-refundable
• No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods

You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

If payment fails, we may retry processing and suspend access until payment is resolved. Prolonged non-payment may result in termination.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies, excluding taxes based on AdStellar's net income.

There are no hidden fees. You are charged only for your monthly subscription and applicable taxes.

You acknowledge that AdStellar may launch, modify, pause, or generate campaigns at your direction, including via AI and bulk operations. You are solely responsible for all advertising spend incurred. AdStellar is not responsible for overspend, pacing errors, bid misconfiguration, or campaign duplication.
