Terms of Service

AdStellar offers subscription plans with varying features, limits, and AI credit allocations. Plan details are displayed in the Service and summarized in Exhibit A.

Certain features are plan-dependent, including but not limited to:

• Ad Breakdown
• Proven Winners
• AI Combos
• Import campaign limits
• Meta data sync frequency
• Launch limits

You may choose:

• Monthly Billing: billed month-to-month
• Annual Billing: billed annually and includes discounted pricing

Billing settings may be managed within the Service.

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize AdStellar and Stripe to charge your payment method for subscription fees, add-ons, on-demand usage, and applicable taxes.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Plans include a set number of ad accounts and team members. Additional add-ons may be purchased:

• Extra Ad Accounts: $49 per month per account
• Extra Team Members: $20 per month per user

Add-ons follow the same billing frequency as your subscription.

• Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

Some plans include limits on the number of campaign launches per billing period. If you exceed your plan's launch limit, you will be unable to launch additional campaigns until:

• the next billing cycle begins, or
• you upgrade your subscription

What AI Credits Are

AI credits are the usage currency for AI-powered campaign generation. Only AI-generated components consume credits. Manually created campaigns do not.

Credit Calculation

• 1 ad set generated = 1 credit
• 1 ad generated = 1 credit

Example: 3 ad sets + 6 ads = 9 credits used.

Included Credits

Each subscription includes a defined number of AI credits per billing period as outlined in Exhibit A or displayed in-app.

Credit Reset and Rollover

• Included credits reset at the start of each billing period
• Included credits do not roll over
• Monthly plans reset monthly
• Annual plans reset annually and receive the full annual allocation upfront

Upgrading your plan resets included credits immediately to the new plan allocation.

AI credits are consumed in the following order:

1. Included plan credits
2. Bonus credits
3. On-demand credits (if enabled)

If included and bonus credits are exhausted, you may continue using AI features via on-demand credits.

• Rate: $0.25 per credit
• Billed only for usage beyond included and bonus credits
• Charges appear on your next subscription invoice

You may disable on-demand usage in Billing settings. If disabled, AI generation will stop once credits are exhausted.

If available, you may set a spending limit for on-demand usage per billing period. Requests exceeding the limit will be blocked.

AdStellar may offer bonus credits through referrals or promotions.

Referral program details (unless otherwise stated):

• 200 bonus credits awarded to you
• 200 bonus credits awarded to the referred user
• Bonus credits do not expire
• Bonus credits are used after included credits and before on-demand billing
• No limit on referrals

Bonus programs may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You may view your remaining credits, usage history, add-ons, and on-demand charges within the Billing and Subscription section of the Service.

Enterprise plans may be offered under separate pricing, limits, or custom terms. If you are on an Enterprise plan, a separate written agreement or order form may apply. In the event of a conflict, the enterprise agreement controls.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law:

• Fees are non-refundable
• No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods

You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation, including on-demand usage and add-ons.

If payment fails, we may retry processing and suspend access until payment is resolved. Prolonged non-payment may result in termination.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies, excluding taxes based on AdStellar's net income.

There are no hidden fees. You are charged only for your subscription, add-ons, and any on-demand usage you enable.

You acknowledge that AdStellar may launch, modify, pause, or generate campaigns at your direction, including via AI and bulk operations. You are solely responsible for all advertising spend incurred. AdStellar is not responsible for overspend, pacing errors, bid misconfiguration, or campaign duplication.
